2009-2010 Registration/Enrollment

Western Primary School: Regular Enrollment will be held July 29, 30, and 31, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. Last names beginning A thru L are asked to come on July 29, while last names beginning M thru Z are asked to come on July 30. July 31 will be open enrollment. If you have any questions, please contact the primary office at 883-5528.

Western Intermediate School: Registration for all students will be July 29, 30, and 31, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 - 5:00 p.m.

Registration papers have been sent home with students. If you did not receive the registration papers, please check with your child before calling the intermediate office. Parents are asked to make corrections on the demographic sheet, fill out the Emergency Medical Authorization Form and the Annual Medical Update form. If you have not returned these already, please bring them with you to registration. Book fees are to be paid when you come in at registration, and you will also receive information regarding busing for your student. Western Middle School: Mail-in registration will be available to all parents of middle school students. In June parents should receive a letter with information about book fees. Book fees will be due by July 29, for mail in registration; once payment is received you will receive your student's schedule and student packet. Walk in registration will be July 29, 30, and 31, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. For those parents choosing mail-in registration, you will be provided the exact same information as those that choose walk-in registration. Western High School: Once again, mail-in registration will be available this year; be looking for your student's information in the mail. Walk-in registration will be July 29, 30 and 31, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. If you have any questions, please call the high school office, 883-5541.
